METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WILD RED-GINSENG USING WILD GINSENG

Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing wild red-ginseng using wild ginseng is provided, thereby improving the taste and flavor of wild ginseng, and increasing the herb medicinal effects and nutrition of wild ginseng.

CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing wild red-ginseng using wild ginseng comprises the steps of: drying wild ginseng at 50 to 99 deg. C for 24 hours or less extracting one or more herb medicines selected from ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer), red ginseng, Acanthopanax Senticosus, Lycium Chinense MILL., Schizandra chinensis BAILL., Cornus officinalis SIEB, Rubus chingii Hu., Angelica gigas Nakai, cnidium rhizome, Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Paeoniae Radix, Acori Graminei Rhizoma, Poria cocos WOLF, Phellinus linteus, Dioscoreae Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix dipping the dried wild ginseng in the extract of herb medicines for 1 to 2 days and steaming the dipped wild ginseng at 96 to 99 deg. C for 4 to 5 hours.
