Abstract

PURPOSE: A health supplementary food product containing an extract of Phellinus linteus, Ginseng Radix and a dried shrimp as a main component is provided. It has beneficial physiological effects while being effective in promoting the growth of an organism and improving metabolism.

CONSTITUTION: The health supplementary food product contains an extract of Phellinus linteus, Ginseng Radix and a dried shrimp. For an example, 180g Phellinus linteus, 300g Ginseng Radix and 50g dried shrimps are heated with 10L purified water for 12hr at 130deg.C, subsequently extracted at 120deg.C at 1.5kg/cm2, cooled and then filtered with a microfilter and charcoal.
