Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided are a cosmetic composition containing grain extract and fermented grain-Phellinus linteus extract, and cosmetics containing the same. The composition has free-radical scavenging activity, tyrosinase inhibiting activity, antioxidation effect and ultraviolet rays blocking effect. Therefore, it prevents skin-aging, improves skin-wrinkles, displays skin whitening and moisturizing effects, and blocks ultraviolet rays.
