Abstract

PURPOSE: Food using Keumsa Sangwhang mushroom(Phellinus linteus) is provided, which food has anti-cancer activity derived from Keumsa Sangwhang mushroom(Phellinus linteus), so that a consumer can easily use the anti-cancer activity of Keumsa Sangwhang mushroom(Phellinus linteus) by eating the food.

CONSTITUTION: The food comprising Keumsa Sangwhang mushroom(Phellinus linteus) having anti-cancer activity is provided, wherein the Keumsa Sangwhang mushroom(Phellinus linteus) is powder of fruit body of Keumsa Sangwhang mushroom(Phellinus linteus), or an hot water extract or ethanol extract of Keumsa Sangwhang mushroom(Phellinus linteus) the food has a formulation selected from gruel, tea powder, soup, drink and capsule and the food further comprises vitamins, salt, amino acid, inorganic material, nutritive source, edible fiber, iron salt, natural fruit juice, flavoring agent, sweetener, acidifying agent, preserving agent, stabilizing agent and herbal medicines.
