Abstract
PURPOSE: A method for preparing adult disease preventing mixed juice containing Phellinus linteus is provided, which adult disease preventing mixed juice has antioxidative, lipid peroxide inhibiting and anti-diabetic activities, so that it can be useful for prevention and treatment of aging, arteriosclerosis and diabetes.
CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing adult disease preventing mixed juice containing Phellinus linteus comprises the steps of: cutting 50g of Phellinus linteus in the size of 2 mm drying the Phellinus linteus cuts in the shade for 15 days drying the naturally dried Phellinus linteus cuts with hot wind of 60 deg.
