Abstract

PURPOSE: Alcoholic liquor compositions suitable for physical constitution of a user and a method for preparing the same are provided, thereby minimizing side-effects of the alcoholic liquor and improving healthful effects of the alcoholic liquor by drinking each alcoholic liquor composition according to each physical constitution of each user.

CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the alcoholic liquor compositions suitable for physical constitution of a user comprises the steps of: preparing a first material selected from wheat, sweet potato, millet, unpolished rice, bean, Japanese apricot(maesil), Platycodon grandiflorum, Codonopsis lanceolata, Pueraria thunbergiana and a mixture thereof preparing a second material selected from buckwheat, grape, Actinidia arguta fruits, pine tree leaf, cherry and a mixture thereof preparing a third material selected from barley, mung beans, strawberry, banana, Cornus officinalis SIEB, Lycium chinense MILL., Ganoderma lucidum and a mixture thereof preparing a fourth material selected from glutinous rice, potato, glutinous millet, cinnamon, ginseng, honey, jujube, ginger and a mixture thereof dipping one raw material selected from the first, second, third and fourth materials in water for 36 hours, and steaming it for 30 minutes to 2 hours adding adjuvant material, fermenting agent, distiller's grains and purified water into the steamed material and maturing the mixture at 10 to 30 deg. C for 15 to 20 days, wherein the adjuvant material for the first material is selected from Dioscoreae Radix, ox bezoar, Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI., Morus alba L., Prunus armeniaca l., Ephedra sinica STAPF., Coix lachryma-jobi var. ma-yuen, chestnut, Polygala tenuifolia, Schizandra chinensis BAILL., Liriope platyphylla WANG., Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH., bear's gall, Cervs nippon and a mixture thereof the adjuvant material for the second material is selected from Acanthopanacis Cortex, Chaenomeles sinensis and a mixture the adjuvant material for the third material is selected from Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Rehmanniae Radix, hoelen, Amemarrhena asphodeloides BUNGE., Alisma canaliculatum, Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews., Phellodendron amurense RUPR., Trichosanthes kirilowii MAXIM., Cinnamomum camphora SIEB., Phelloterus Littoralis Bentham, Coptidis rhizoma, Polyporus umbellatus FRIES., Gypsum fibrosum and a mixture thereof and the adjuvant material for the fourth material is selected from Aconitum carmichaeli Debx, Atractylodes macrocephala KOIDZ., Glycyrrizae Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Astragali Radis, Cnidium officinale, Citrus unshiu MARKOVICH., Paeoniae Radix, Prunus persica(L) BATSCH., Aucklandia lappa DECNE., Eugenia caryophyllata THUNB., Cyperus rotundus L. and a mixture thereof.
