Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition including the extract of Inonotus obliquus having anti-skin aging effect in a multilamellar vesicle and a preparation method thereof. Therefore, the cosmetic has excellent antioxidation effect, anti-inflammatory effect, cell proliferation effect and the like.

CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition for preventing skin-aging is characterized by containing 1.0-25.0 wt.% of a multilamellar vesicle including the extract of Inonotus obliquus having anti-skin aging effect, based on the total weight of the composition.
