HEALTH SUPPLEMENTARY FOOD CONTAINING GASTRODIAE RHIZOMA AS MAIN COMPONENT, HERBAL EXTRACT AND MUSHROOM EXTRACT TO REDUCE STRESS, OBESITY, HANGOVER OR THE LIKE

Abstract

PURPOSE: A health supplementary food containing the enzyme treated extract of Gastrodiae Rhizoma as a main component, the enzyme treated extract of herbs including Hoelen, Lycii Radicis Cortex, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Fructus Jujubae and the enzyme treated extract of a mushroom such as Phellinus Linteus is provided. It is effective in reducing stress, obesity, hangover or the like.

CONSTITUTION: Gastrodiae Rhizoma having a size of 1 to 2cm is added with 7 to 8 times of purified water, extracted at 121deg.C for 6 to 8hr and filtered with a 200 mesh sieve, followed by enzyme treatment. Each of herbs including Hoelen, Lycii Radicis Cortex, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Fructus Jujubae and mushrooms including Phellinus Linteus is added with 2 times of purified water, extracted at 121deg.C for 6 to 8hr and filtered with a 200 mesh sieve, followed by enzyme treatment. Thereafter, 81.6% by weight of the Gastrodiae Rhizoma extract is mixed with the herbal extract including 3% by weight of Hoelen, 3% by weight of Lycii Radicis Cortex, 1.4% by weight of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, 1% by weight of Zingiberis Rhizoma, 2% by weight of Fructus Jujubae and the mushroom extract containing 8% by weight of Phellinus Linteus and then extracted to 6 to 15Brix.
