High relevancePOLYSACCHARIDE EXTRACT OF AURICULARIA AURICULA-JUDAE WHICH HAS INHIBITING EFFECT ON ATTACHMENT OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI TO GASTRIC PARIETAL CELL, AND FOOD ADDITIVE CONTAINING THE SAME AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT
Auricularia auricula-judae
Key points
- PURPOSE: Provided are the polysaccharide extract of Auricularia Auricula-judae which has inhibiting effect on the attachment of helicobacter pylori to the gastric parietal cell, and a food additive which contains the same as an active ingredient
- The polysaccharide extract having no toxicity is used for prevention and treatment of gastric diseases caused by helicobacter pylori, and for development of functional foods which are effective for gastric diseases
- CONSTITUTION: The extraction method of the polysaccharide extract of Auricularia Auricula-judae comprises the steps of: pulverizing Auricularia Auricula-judae, followed by mixing with water adding enzymes to the mixture for enzyme reaction, followed by extraction with hot water or strong alkali solution neutralizing the extract to give liquid phase water soluble extract and precipitating the extract with ethanol to give precipitates, followed by drying to give the polysaccharide extract of Auricularia Auricula-judae
