Abstract

PURPOSE: Boiled rice prepared by addition of nutrients such as calcium, selenium, insulin, dietary fiber, red ginseng, Phellinus linteus, Ganoderma lucidum and Aloe vera during cooking is provided. It contains sufficient nutrients for patients or old and feeble persons.

CONSTITUTION: Rice is washed with water in a washer(3), dehydrated with a dehydrator(4), added with nutrients such as calcium, selenium, insulin, dietary fiber, red ginseng, Phellinus linteus, Ganoderma lucidum and Aloe vera in a nutrient tank(5) and then cooked with a steam cooker(7).
