Abstract

Provided are a method for culturing sanghwang-agaric mushroom (Phellinus linteus-Pleurotus ostreatus), sanghwang-agaric mushroom cultured by the method, and a medium for culturing the sanghwang-agaric mushroom, to improve the production yield and to enhance the nutrition. The method comprises the steps of mixing a Phellinus linteus mycelium or a waste culture medium of Phellinus linteus containing a Phellinus linteus mycelium with a culture medium for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus to prepare a mixture culture medium fermenting the mixture culture medium inoculating the mushroom spawn of Pleurotus ostreatus to the mixture culture medium culturing the inoculated spawn of Pleurotus ostreatus and raising the cultured one. Preferably the ratio of culture medium for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus and the waste culture medium of Phellinus linteus is 5:1 to 20:1.
