Abstract

Provided is an apparatus for cleaning and trimming Pleurotus eryngii by removing the sawdust adhered to the root of Pleurotus eryngii, cutting the unnecessary part of the root and packaging it automatically. The apparatus comprises a power part which comprises an electric motor and a power transmission part a cutting part which comprises first and second rotation plates(3,4) where blades(3a,4a) are installed and which are rotated by the motor, a plate(12) for separating sawdust, and a conveyer(6) which is operated by a conveyer motor and an outer case. The first rotation plate(3) is provided with at least two blades(3a) which remove the sawdust(1) adhered to the root of Pleurotus eryngii, and a groove(3b) is formed at the back of the blades to allow the sawdust cut by the blades to be discharged.
