CULTURE OF MUSHROOM MYCELLIA HAVING PHYSIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE EFFECT

Abstract

A culture product of mushroom mycelium having physiological activation is provided to overcome problems in manufacturing process of food and drink due to mucilage of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten, and improve physiological activation of mushroom mycelium including antioxidizing, anti-salt, anti-cancer and skin-whitening effects. The method for preparing the culture medium for mushroom mycelium comprises the steps of: preparing the fruits and stems of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten independently pulverizing them and mixing the pulverized products adding 0.01-10 wt.% of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus SEEM. into the mixture sterilizing the mixture by heating the mixture at 120 deg. C for 20 minutes. The culture product of mushroom mycelium having physiological activation is produced by culturing the mushroom mycelium in the culture medium, wherein the mushroom mycelium is Agaricus blazei M. Ganoderma lucidum, Formitella fraxinea, Grifola frondosa, Hericium erinacium, Lentinula edodes, Phellinus linteus, Phellinus pini, Inonotus obliquus, Auricularia auricular-judae, Fremella fuciformis, Leipita procera, Armillariella mellea or Coriolus versicolor.
