Abstract
Provided is a mushroom culture medium, wherein mushrooms containing effective ingredients of Phellinus linteus having physiological activities such as antioxidant activity are inexpensively and easily cultivated. The mushroom culture medium is produced by: a drying step of drying by-products produced during a hot water extraction or alcohol extraction process of Phellinus linteus a grinding step of grinding the dried by-products into powder with an average particle size of 0.1-5mm and a mixing step of mixing the obtained by-product powder with sawdust in a weight ratio of 0.1-1:1.
