Low relevanceMETHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MUSHROOM MYCELIUM USING STARCH PULP LIQUID MEDIUM
Phellinus linteus
Key points
- Provided are a method for producing a mushroom mycelium by using only starch pulp as liquid medium without adding nutritious ingredients, and a method for effectively measuring an amount of mycelium that is an important reference of efficient driving when the mushroom mycelium is cultivated in liquid
- The method for producing a mushroom mycelium comprises cultivating a mushroom mycelium in liquid medium containing starch pulp only
- The mushroom mycelium is cultivated at concentration of the starch pulp of 20-45 g/l, pH 4.0-7.0, and a temperature of 20-35 deg.C. The mushroom mycelium is a mushroom mycelium of vegetable worms, Ganoderma lucidum, or Phellinus linteus
- The method for quantifying the mushroom mycelium comprises performing real-time quantitative PCR of primer specific to DNA of the mushroom mycelium during cultivation

Abstract
Provided are a method for producing a mushroom mycelium by using only starch pulp as liquid medium without adding nutritious ingredients, and a method for effectively measuring an amount of mycelium that is an important reference of efficient driving when the mushroom mycelium is cultivated in liquid. The method for producing a mushroom mycelium comprises cultivating a mushroom mycelium in liquid medium containing starch pulp only. The mushroom mycelium is cultivated at concentration of the starch pulp of 20-45 g/l, pH 4.0-7.0, and a temperature of 20-35 deg.C. The mushroom mycelium is a mushroom mycelium of vegetable worms, Ganoderma lucidum, or Phellinus linteus. The method for quantifying the mushroom mycelium comprises performing real-time quantitative PCR of primer specific to DNA of the mushroom mycelium during cultivation.
