Abstract

Mushroom tea containing Hericium erinaceus(Lion's Mane) and corn is provided which has the efficacy of Hericium erinaceus such as nausea relieving effect, anticancer effect and the like. Hericium erinaceus and dried corn are mixed in a weight ratio of 5:1, washed to remove impurities and bacteria, extracted with 2,500cc water at 100deg.C until the water is reduced in volume to 1,500cc and then cooled.
