High relevanceTHE CULTIVATION METHOD OF PHELLINUS LINTEUS MYCELLIA HAVING HIGH BETA-GLUCAN CONTENT
Phellinus linteus
Key points
- A method for culturing Phellinus linteus mycelium having a high content of beta-glucan in a culture medium containing mulberry powder or grain is provided which produces Phellinus linteus mycelium massively within a short time
- Phellinus linteus mycelium is inoculated into a solid medium containing mulberry powder and cultured at 20 to 32deg.C for 5 to 10 days to obtain the mycelial cultures of Phellinus linteus which are inoculated into a liquid medium containing mulberry powder and cultured at 20 to 32deg.C for 3 to 5 days to obtain mycelial cultures of Phellinus linteus
- Then, 3 to 10ml mycelial cultures of Phellinus linteus are inoculated into a grain medium containing mulberry powder and grain in a weight ratio of 1 to 3:100 and cultured at 20 to 32deg.C and 100 to 1,000Lux for 10 to 25deg.C. The grain is selected from brown rice, rice, corn, barley, wheat, Job's tears, sorghum and bean
