Abstract

A production method of mushroom rice is provided to inhibit nutrients in unpolished rice and damage of useful efficacy in mushroom, reduce the production costs by using soybean meal, and decrease the culture time of mushroom rice by using yeast. A production method of mushroom rice comprises the steps of: mixing 3% of glucose, 0.5% of soybean meal and water to prepare broth medium inserting the broth medium into a heat resistant vessel having an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, and sterilizing it at 121 deg. C for 90 minutes cooling the sterilized broth medium, inoculating a seed of Phellinus linteus, and sealing and culturing Phellinus linteus washing unpolished rice with water and dipping the washed unpolished rice in liquid containing 1% of glucose, 0.4% of yeast extract and water at 15 deg. C for 10 hours removing water and sterilizing the unpolished rice at 121 deg. C for 90 minutes inoculating the cultured Phellinus linteus to the sterilized unpolished rice and culturing them and drying the cultured Phellinus linteus unpolished rice at 60 deg. C for 6 hours.
