Abstract

A method of manufacturing health functional food by selecting and mixing raw material to meet individual constitution is provided to obtain health food appropriate for each constitution of four types of constitution(Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin and Soeumin) in a pill form. Health functional food is prepared by the steps of: freeze drying raw material appropriate for each constitution at -40deg.C or drying in the sun or in the shade grinding and mixing with wheat flour and forming into a pill. The raw material for Taeyangin contains Acanthopanax senticosus, pine needles, Chinese quince fruit, anchovies, mugwort, Actinidia arguta, Angelica keiskei, kale and cabbage. The raw material for Taeumin contains Hovenia fruit, Pueraria root, Platycodon root, garlic, fermented soybeans, Ulmi radicis cortex, Phellinus linteus, ginkgo, silkworms, Dioscorea root, Schizandra fruit, Codonopsis root and Job's tears. The raw material for Soyangin contains Lycium fruit, Rubus fruit, Cornus fruit, Ganoderma lucidum, shrimps, barley, Platycodon root, Angelica keiskei and fermented soybeans. The raw material for Soeumin contains Salicornia herbacea, sea tangle, Leonurus sibiricus, Artemisia capillaris, Polygonum root, sea mustard, ginseng, ginger, garlic and mugwort.
