Abstract

An apparatus for preparing stuff tteokbokki (a broiled dish of sliced rice cake, meat, vegetables, eggs, seasoning, etc.) is provided to allow the stuff tteokbokki to be eaten conveniently without cooking. An apparatus for preparing stuff tteokbokki comprises a tteokbokki exit plate(1) a stuff pipe bundle fixing device(2) and a stuff pipe bundle(3). The stuff is prepared by boiling a plum, a rosemary and rice to make a rosemary plum grain syrup and making gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) by using the rosemary plum grain syrup, a marsh snail, Flammulina velutipes, a radish, a garlic, mugwort and brown seaweed.
