Abstract

A method for breeding fowl by using a green tea seed, and fowl or its egg produced by the method are provided to remove the bloody smell of fowl itself, to soften the quality of meat, to lower the content of cholesterol and to increase the content of mineral. A method for breeding fowl by using a green tea seed comprises the steps of drying a green tea seed to a water content of 5 % or less and pulverizing it into a size of 20-50 micrometers drying coral to a water content of 3 % or less and pulverizing it into a size of 10-50 micrometers drying Phellinus linteus to a water content of 5 % or less and pulverizing it into a size of 2-8 micrometers drying a safflower seed to a water content of 5 % or less and pulverizing it into a size of 1-10 micrometers mixing a green tea seed, coral, Phellinus linteus and a safflower seed in a ratio of 75:10:10:5 by weight mixing the general feed for fowl and the obtained mixture in a ratio of 1,000:1 to 1,000:30 by weight and feeding the obtained feed to fowl for 10-50 days.
