Abstract

The cyclohexenone compound obtained from the Antrodia camphorata is provided to treat the autoimmune disease, and reduce the toxicity side effect by decreasing the amount of administration of steroid through combination with the chemicals. The cyclohexenone compound is obtained from the Antrodia camphorata which is used for treatment of autoimmune disease by using an organic solvent selected from alcohol, ester, alkane and halogenated alkane, wherein the autoimmune disease is Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE).
