Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition for prevention of the proliferative disease is provided to promote the activity of natural killer cell, thereby preventing and treating the proliferative disease which does not show the normal cell division or growth. The natural killer cell activity-promoting agent contains the extract of mycelium of Phellinus linteus and Gastrodiae Rhizoma as the active ingredient, wherein the amount of Phellinus linteus mycelium is 30-50 parts by weight and the amount of Gastrodiae Rhizoma is 10-30 parts by weight.
