Abstract
A cyclohexenone compound, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the cyclohexenone compound are provided to treat the HBV-induced disease by suppressing the reproduction and secretion of HBV. A cyclohexenone compound is obtained from Antrodia camphorata and is represented by the formula 1, wherein X and Y are O or S R1, R2 and R3 are H, a methyl group or (CH2)m-CH3 m is 1-12 and n is 1-12.
