Abstract

Provided is a method for breeding poultry to produce high quality of meat and eggs from the poultry by adding phellinus linteus to fodder for the poultry. A method for breeding poultry using olive leaves comprises the following steps of: drying the olive leaves to contain less than 5% of moisture and pulverizing the olive leaves to have a size of 1-10mum(a) drying a pearl to contain less than 3% of moisture and pulverizing the pearl to have a size of 1-8mum(b) drying phellinus linteus to contain less than 5% of moisture and pulverizing the phellinus linteus to have a size of 2-8mum(c) and mixing the 70% of pulverized olive leaves, the 10% of pulverized pearl, and the 20% of pulverized phellinus linteus(d).
