Abstract

A method for breeding poultry is provided to remove a bad smell from meat of the poultry and improve tastes and nutrients by adding olive leaves, peals, and phellinus linteus to fodder for the poulty. A method for breeding poultry using olive leaves comprises the following steps of: drying the olive leaves to contain less than 5% of moisture and pulverizing the olive leaves to have a size of 1-10mum(a) drying a pearl to contain less than 3% of moisture and pulverizing the pearl to have a size of 1-8mum(b) drying phellinus linteus to contain less than 5% of moisture and pulverizing the phellinus linteus to have a size of 2-8mum(c) mixing the 70% of pulverized olive leaves, the 10% of pulverized pearl, and the 20% of pulverized phellinus linteus to obtain a mixture(d) mixing the mixture to fodder in a ratio of 1000 to 1 or 1000 to 100(e) and breeding the poultry for 20-180 days while supplying the fodder with the mixture(f).
