Abstract

A composition for hypermnesia inlucing hydrothermal extract of tremella fuciformis is provided to improve maintenance of memory power by promoting growth of neural spines and protecting of nerve cells. A method for hydrothermal extract of tremella fuciformis comprises a step for extracting the hydrothermal extract of the tremella fuciformis with 0.1-10 times of water on the basis of whole weight after heating up the extract at 90-100 DEG C and a step for drying the hydrothermal extract after removing a residue of the tremella fuciformis through filtering.
