TRIMMING MACHINE OF MUSHROOM

Abstract

A mushroom trimming machine is provided to reduce labor force as well as production costs while securing excellent workability by automatically trimming and transferring mushrooms such as Pleurotus eryngii, which has been collected one by one. A mushroom trimming machine(10) comprises a mushroom fixture(300), a mushroom process unit(400), a mushroom transfer unit(500) and an external case(800). The mushroom fixture is equipped with a fixing member(310) installed along the inner circumference of a mushroom inlet port(200), a mushroom fixing cylinder(320) and a laser sensor(330), which marks the location to be trimmed on inputted mushroom. The mushroom process unit consists of a blade protective wall, a blade(410) and a blade rotation motor. An installation plate(100) is located on top of a base frame(700). The mushroom process unit additionally contains: a transfer plate(420) which is combined with the blade and moved along the top of the base frame and a blade back/forth cylinder(430), which is installed on the other side of the transfer plate and moves the transfer plate back and forth. The mushroom transfer unit represents a conveyor equipped with a rubber belt.
