Abstract

A method of determining the stress state of Basydiomycetes and the ecological state of a place of growing thereof involves determining the peroxydase activity of the fruit bodies of edible Basidiomycetes Flammulina velutipes (Curt.: Fr.) Sing. and Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.: Fr.) Kumm, growing wild, from the places of growing which differ according to ecological conditions thereof and mycelium cultures of these fungi while artificial cultivation thereof takes place in the optimum conditions and under the action of stress factors.
