Low relevancePROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MELANIN SUBSTANCE
Inonotus obliquus
Key points
- The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular, to a process for the preparation of melanin substance that can be used in pharmaceutical industry for production of medical preparations, in cosmetic industry for producing creams, lotions, toners, in food industry for producing bioactive additives
- A method for the preparation of melanin substance providing for use of Inonotus obliquus fungus (shelf fungus) as producer involves preparation of inoculum on agarized beer wort, preparation of inoculums on bouillon, cultivation and stimulation of the producer growth
- While preparing the inoculum for the producer growth stimulation the fungus is irradiated with red light (wave length is 660 nm) in a dose of 230 mj/cm2 and while preparing inoculums on bouillon the cultivation is carried out at irradiation with red light (wave length is 660 nm) with intensity of 10 ?mol m-2s-1 with following homogenization thereafter submerged cultivation is carried out at irradiation with blue light (wave length of 488 nm) with intensity of 10 ?mol m-2s-1 for all period of fermentation

Abstract
The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular, to a process for the preparation of melanin substance that can be used in pharmaceutical industry for production of medical preparations, in cosmetic industry for producing creams, lotions, toners, in food industry for producing bioactive additives. A method for the preparation of melanin substance providing for use of Inonotus obliquus fungus (shelf fungus) as producer involves preparation of inoculum on agarized beer wort, preparation of inoculums on bouillon, cultivation and stimulation of the producer growth. While preparing the inoculum for the producer growth stimulation the fungus is irradiated with red light (wave length is 660 nm) in a dose of 230 mj/cm2 and while preparing inoculums on bouillon the cultivation is carried out at irradiation with red light (wave length is 660 nm) with intensity of 10 ?mol m-2s-1 with following homogenization thereafter submerged cultivation is carried out at irradiation with blue light (wave length of 488 nm) with intensity of 10 ?mol m-2s-1 for all period of fermentation.
