Abstract

A method for the preparation of enzymatic agents of catalase Flammulina velutipes (Curt.: Fr.) Sing. and Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.: Fr.) Kumm. involves cultivation of producers on the glucose-peptone nutrient medium. The cultivation is performed till reaching the maximal catalase activity of vegetative mycelium, withdrawing mycelium by filtration, homogenization thereof, precipitating enzyme with ammonium sulfate at 60-80 % of mycelium homogenate saturation, purifying fractions of proteins by dialysis against distilled water and lyophilic drying enzymatic agents.
