Abstract

A method for the preparation of enzymatic agent of peroxidase Flammulina velutipes (Curt.: Fr.) Sing. involves cultivation of producer on the glucose-peptonic medium, being performed till reaching maximal peroxidase activity of the cultural filtrate.Mycelium is withdrawn by filtration, enzyme is precipitated by ammonium sulfate at 40-60 % of the cultural filtrate saturation and at 40-70 % of mycelium homogenate saturation, and proteins fractions are purified by dyalisis against distilled water.
