Abstract

A spiced alcoholic beverage containing an anticancer substance and prepared from the active components of i(Inpatiens balsamina) and i(Grifola frondosa); and a medicinal processed food prepared by drying the fruit body of i(Grifola frondosa) immersed in alcohol in the preparation of the spiced alcoholic beverage and powdering the resulting fruit body.
