Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treatingdiseases caused by NPCl gene deficiency or self-renewal disorder of stem cells,which contains p38 MAP kinase inhibitor as an active ingredient, more specifically,a composition for treating diseases caused by NPCl gene deficiency or self-renewaldisorder of stem cells, which contains any one or a mixture of two or more selectedfrom the group consisting of SB202190, isothiocyanate, Phellinus Linteus extract,cruciferous vegetable extract, and sulporaphane extract as p38 MAP kinase inhibitor.
